Best Chinese Food in Grant County! We drove an hour to eat here. After Bamboo Shoot closed in Ephrata, this restaurant is the last one in the family. We are happy to drive an hour to get the best Chinese Food in the County. The Siam specials are the best. I love the sweet and sour sauce... it's made from scratch. The best egg rolls. The customer service is always top notch and friendly. It's worth the drive for us to get my favorite food.

The summer addition (summer seasonal) of Acai Bowls has been a lovely breakfast/brunch treat in The Coulee! Open 9:30-1pm Thurs-Sat...don't want to miss this amazing pop up hosted by Siam. The bowls are refreshing on a hot day, fresh fruit and yummy drinks. Hope this becomes an annual summer tradition in The Coulee! Enjoy it while it lasts!!!

We were regular customers of the Siam Palace 40 years ago. Since the, visiting oriental restaurants in numerous cities and states, we could never find a restaurant of equal quality. We recently returned and found that the restaurant was still operated by the same family and the quality was equal to 40 years ago. Wonderful place to dine.
